"Tefaf is an important milestone in a story with ancient roots that is moving toward the future. Curiosity and passion are the keys to this work. They prevent any result, no matter how prestigious, from being seen as a final goal, because there is always the desire to go a bit further, to present new projects, to establish new collaborations," says Franco Calarota of Galleria d'Arte Maggiore.

Galleria d'Arte Maggiore g.a.m.: a "Still Life" by Giorgio Morandi, signed and dated 1948, from a private collection in Genoa. The work, an oil on canvas measuring 40 x 48 cm, boasts an extensive exhibition history, including the Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris and the Museo di Palazzo Fortuny in Venice.
